What an INSANE MONTH.
I've been working my ass off like CUH-RAYZEE. On top of that, I was sick as a dog all last weekend and continued to work through it all (When I go hard, I go hard.). I'm finally on some antibiotics, feeling better and am still putting in 38 hours at the hospital/CIGNA on top of my full time school schedule. I go to work early in the morning, grab some lunch and head straight to clinicals til 9pm and then I come home and pass the eff out. And do it all over again the next morning at 5:30am. All in the name of a particular dress..... that I SAID YES TO! :D That's right! I found THE ONE! I had a rare afternoon off a week or two ago and on a whim just shimmied myself up to Conshohockon, Pennsylvania and found the dress of my dreams. I had seen it advertised before but wasn't really a fan. I am telling you brides out there: You just don't know until you try it on. SO. FREAKIN. TRUE. I had grabbed this one off the rack with doubts and BAM! Fell in LA-HUV. Butterflies, magical moment, my girlfriend getting teary eyed when the veil was on -- the whole nine yards. It's a bit steep on the price (still way cheaper than I would expected) but I'm still doing the sleazy thing and price shopping at several boutiques. I have not put in my down payment for two reasons: 1) I want to have the money in cold hard cash -- no credit card thus my recent bout of workaholicism and 2) most boutiques will measure you AS IS at the time of down payment. Which I completely understand. But I have every intention of losing 620 pounds so I want to hold back for a few more weeks. Speaking of weight -- I am back on my dieting trend and am shedding pounds again! Woo hoo! It helps that I have two part-time jobs now along with a non stop schedule in general so I barely have enough time to consume any legit calories. It's called the working-yourself-to-death diet. And it works like a charm. :P Anyways in more wedding news, I got some more wedding invitation samples! They are from an Etsy vendor called Beacon Lane and their stuff is adorbs! Here's a little teaser:
Okay, I guess it's not really a teaser because I'm pretty much sure I'm not going to order either of these samples. While I think they're quite cute, I just don't think they capture the "essence" of the wedding. I have a few more samples coming in the beginning of next week and I am SUPER excited about one particular vendor's.... I know! The suspense is killing you guys! Can't wait to finally get the invites out!
Brian just bought his plane ticket out here in November (I told him October would be a crazy one) and I'm excited to take some time off from all this madness and spend some fall times with the lover. I know that he's been feeling pretty neglected with me working like a maniac lately. But he's been keeping pretty busy at work lately (which is good because I told him he should ask for a raise/expect a bonus) so I know he understands. :)
Next week I'll be working most nights til 11:30pm so I'll do my best to at least put some short little posts up during the week. Please forgive me for my lack of bloggerism. I promise things will slow down and I'll be back to my blogging self shortly!
Peace and love.

10 Things You May Not Know About Me and Brian
10 Things You May Not Know About Gina:
1. My given name is Regina.
2. I can twist my arm 360 degrees.
3. When I was in 5th grade, we had to write a paper on what we wanted to be when we grew up and I wrote that I wanted to be President of the United States. I read it aloud in front my class and I remember this girl named Britney Boxx laughed at me. Now she's fat and bipolar.
4. I do not ride wooden roller coasters.
5. I love all potato chips except the salt and vinegar ones.
6. I have eaten a roasted silkworm. And lived.
7. I pray everyday.
8. I am afraid of the dark and sleep with the lights on.
9. I lie about brushing my teeth.
10. I cry during Mastercard commercials. Or any commercial narrated by Morgan Freeman.
10 Things You May Not Know About Brian:
1. I have a phobia for mayonnaise. It’s more than a dislike thing… I actually don’t like being around it.
2. My middle name is Richard which is my grandfather’s name, however he goes by the name “Dick”.
3. I used to be a pretty athletic guy until I got knee surgery and devoted myself to academia and the corporate world.
4. I’m pretty tall but only when I’m standing up because my height is all in my legs.
5. I am a bit OCD about any skin imperfections I may have.
6. My favorite food is Mediterranean style.
7. I would like to be an entrepreneur and own a business one day.
8. I am the only person in my family with a graduate degree.
9. I am Christian.
10. There are only about 10 Korean foods I like so far and I am hoping that I will learn to like more (e.g. Kimchi).

Bittersweet Moments in Life
I have officially completed my first round of clinicals.
Without killing a single soul.
It's a bit nervewracking to have to be responsible for a very sick person all by yourself for an entire eight hour shift but by golly I did it. For six weeks. Go me. And it wasn't always pretty. I've never seen so much stool and urine in my entire life. I'm officially a pro at cleaning feces and urine in under 5 minutes. Bring it onnnnnn.
Enemas? Totally not my cup of tea.
Anyways, today was our last day of clinicals and we had a little celebration with donuts and cookies and banana bread (Major yum) and we got our clinical instructor a group gift for putting up with our incompetent asses.
Observe.
It was pretty exhausting but I think we all got the hang of things towards the end and I've definitely gotten a lot more comfortable in the hospital setting.
Which takes me to my next set of news......
I GOT THE JOB IN THE PULMONARY STEP DOWN UNIT!!!!!!
I am super stoked! It was my first choice unit and I've been trying to get a student nurse extern position for quite some time now. As an added bonus, I don't have to start until September 1st, which lets me enjoy the entire summer! (Oh happy day! Oh happy day! Oh happy dayyyyy!) This is pretty major because it will not only get some much needed experience onto my resume but also will significantly boost my chances of getting an RN job in intensive care and thus pave my way to grad school! Thank you Hay-zeus! Brian is pretty happy for me and he's been so encouraging and supportive during my interviews and application processes.... Couldn't have done it without cha babe! :)

Touched by an Angel
By: Maya Angelou
We, unaccustomed to courage
exiles from delight
live coiled in shells of loneliness
until love leaves its high holy temple
and comes into our sight
to liberate us into life.
Love arrives
and in its train come ecstasies
old memories of pleasure
ancient histories of pain.
Yet if we are bold,
love strikes away the chains of fear
from our souls.
We are weaned from our timidity
In the flush of love's light
we dare be brave
And suddenly we see
that love costs all we are
and will ever be.
Yet it is only love
which sets us free.

The Countdown Begins To our Trial Move-in!
It's official. Only 20 days left before I fly to Vancouver and Brian and I embark on our six week trial move-in.
To be perfectly honest, it shouldn't even be counted as a full six weeks since my mother will be out with us for one week and Jennie and Dan will be joining us for a week as well in addition to our time spent with Brian's family at Tie Lake. But we'll take whatever we can get.
I call it our "trial move-in" not because it will ultimately determine any sort of decision but because it will be the longest duration that we will have actually physically spent with each other and it will be a tentative indicator of how life really is with each other outside of the vacation times and Skype sessions.
I know that this may be shocking for most especially since Brian and I are already engaged and have committed the rest of our lives to each other but I've come to accept that life works in mysterious and unconventional ways. You may label us as being naive love-struck kids that are just trying to play house but I can't change the fact that Brian and I are in two different countries. Um yeah. It sucks that the man I love is a million miles away. It sucks that I only see him every other month. It sucks having to explain to people that I'm transcontinentally engaged. And it sucks when I get the raised eyebrows when I explain that I'm moving out there to marry him and be with him after approximately 2 years of dating (Most of which was over skype sessions). But I've learned to accept that people are going to have opinions no matter what the circumstances are. It's not my duty to convince people that yes, I actually have a stable committed relationship with a Canadian on the other side of the country. I love Brian and I'm following my heart. So go ahead and label me under the applicable "reckless young love" categories. We all got one life to live folks and I'm gonna live mine to the fullest, including chasing my hot studly stud of a man to the other side of continent! :)
I'm not saying that we have the perfect relationship; we have the same disagreements that every other couple has and I know that when I finally move out there in approximately nine months (Eeek!) I can expect that there are going to be lots of adjustments and just having to deal with the general pains and labors of getting used to being around someone so much. For myself, I am going to keep an open mind, maintain as much positivity as possible, and most importantly, remember how amazing my fiance is and how lucky of a girl I am to have someone like him in my life. It's all about the love people, all about the love.
I'm making it sound like us moving in together will be nothing but a period of turbulence and disagreements but really, who knows? It might be the greatest thing to have ever happened to me, especially considering the fact that Brian cooks and cleans so well (Tee hee!). I'd have clean clothes and delicious home-cooked meals on the regular. Considering the facts, I might turn out to be one happy geisha.
Okay so here's what the monthly sched looks like so far: It's another busy one!
- This weekend: It's "Our Country Kicked Your King's Ass" weekend here in the states so I'll be attending BBQs left and right! Bring on the grilled hotdogs, potato sack races, and horseshoe tosses!
- Next week: Another round of clinicals, school stuff and then off to a Girls' Weekend at the beach! My bridesmaid Jenn has a beachhouse down near Rehoboth and there will be approximately.... 7 of us? Looking forward to lots of laughter and all-night gossip seshes! It'll be our last summer hurrah before I ship out! :(
- The week of the 11th will be slightly stressful considering I'll be studying for final exams and writing papers and packing for six weeks worth. That Friday I'll hopefully be attending my first ever Polo Game! I'm earning my Yuppie Badge! Woo hoo!
- The week of the 18th: Final exam and fly out to be with my love! :)
Much to look forward to! It's gonna be a summer for the books!

A Birthday Post for Anneliese
I have mentioned my friend Anneliese in a few of my posts. She is a girl that I have gotten to know very well in the accelerated program and her family has pretty much adopted me into their clan.
It's funny. In the beginning of the semester we had a brief conversation in the hallway as we were waiting for nametags or paperwork and I had decided that I disliked this girl. She said that she was from upstate New York and had studied to go to PA school. I thought she was stuck up and snotty and I did not want anything to do with her. I told my circle of friends that Anneliese was going on our "X-list" and she was permanantly shunned.
In the following winter semester, Annie must have overheard me saying that I really enjoyed playing tennis and that I wished I had a tennis partner to play with on the regular. She said that she was looking for someone to play tennis with as well. I really wanted to tell her to piss off and go find a New Yorker to play with. Then I realized that I'm from New York as well. So I grudgingly obliged whilst secretly being stoked about the idea of playing tennis again. Lo and behold, Annie called me later that week for a tennis sesh and that sparked the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
Annie and her family have been so generous and welcoming and I kid you not, I spend probably 4 days out of the week at Annie's either just hanging out, or eating their delicious meals (They always set an extra "Gina-friendly" plate for me since I'm such a picky eater). When they heard Brian was coming in to town, it was Annie who decided to set up a welcoming dinner and Robert (Annie's cousin) arranged a night of festivities in Brian's honor. They loved him as one of their own and sent him back home with a 4 pack of their finest Massachusettes beer which Brian is now obsessed with. Annie's clan, without a doubt, is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met and they have already stated how they would like nothing less but to be able to be there for our wedding day. The Provost Clan is coming to Vancouver! :)
This pretty much sums up last night.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANNIE! WE LOVE YOU!!! :)

Bitchzilla
I am the worst fiancee. Ever.
I'd like to take this time to publicly apologize to my loving and thoughtful fiance for having to put up with me being in stage five bitch mode.
School and work have been slowly chipping away at my sanity. This semester is just. INSANE. On top of that I got my first C's. On TWO major exams. And this is after 10 days of non-stop studying. Yes. An Asian who gets C's. They do exist (We usually try to eradicate them). I wouldn't have minded the C's so much had I not studied my ass off. Now I want my ass back because it totally wasn't worth it. Along with my double C's (I wish I was talking about boobies), I let my diet go to complete crap. The exercise I still am holding remnants of here and there but healthy eating has been a big ol' fail.
SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Poor Brian. He got the brunt of my frustrations and stress. Last night I was in THE most terrible mood. Like I'm talking EPIC proportions bad. I was tired, cranky, and just found out that a supposed "bridal prize" I won was just a sales pitch scam. Brian had just gotten home from work and asked me how I liked my new tennis shoes that he had purchased for me as a gift. Yes, this is about to get ugly.
I told him I hated them. I told him that they totally sucked. Just. Like. Him.
Brian looked like I had just stabbed him in the gut.
I should have apologized right then and there. I should have been honest and explained that I was having a horrible day and that I really needed to get some rest and that we'd talk when I was feeling better. I should have reassured him that everything was going to be fine and that I couldn't wait to see him in a couple of weeks. I should have told him that I loved him.
But I didn't.
I told him that I was going to bed and then I did just that.
I'm sure the devil is putting on the sheets to my cot in the most cockroach infested part of hell.
If it's any consolation, I did apologize to Brian first thing when I woke up. And I was and am genuinely sorry. He's been amazing throughout my whole menopausal ordeal and I am ashamed to have scapegoated him. Being the amazing guy he is, he forgave me and told me that he understood. No anger, no blame -- just loving, consoling, comforting forgiveness.
I am, quite literally, the luckiest bitch in the world. :)

The Perks of Long-Distance Relationships.
The pros of being in a long distance relationship?
There are none.
This is a typical day in the life of an engaged couple living in two separate countries:
7:00 am - I get up to get ready for school. Brian is still sound asleep because it is 4:00 am his time.
7:45 am - I skype Brian and wake him up to say goodbye. He gives a groggy and dazed "Good morning. Have a good day at school. I'll talk to you soon. Love you." and I head to my classes.
8:00 am - 12:00 pm - I am in school doing school stuff. By noon my time, Brian has just begun his workday.
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Depending on the day, I will be studying, eating with friends, or going to work. By 3 my time, Brian is heading for his lunch break. If his day is not too busy, he will try giving me a ring. Depending on how busy my current day is, I will or will not pick up.
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - I will either be ellipticalling or working. This is typically around the time of the day that I will be able to either give Brian a ring or he will try to call me as he is heading back into the office from his lunchbreak. I tell him briefly about my day, what the rest of my evening looks like, and around what time I think we will be able to skype. He tells me how his day is going, when he plans to be home and asks whether or not I can call him back from my house phone since this phone call is being made on his company cell and is costing them long-distance buckaroos.
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - I look over schoolwork for the next day, go to a school-related field experience, or just take it easy. It really depends on the day. Tonight for example, I am going to an AA meeting with Katie and Anneliese at 8. Fun. Should be home by 9:30 pm which is when Brian gets home.
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm - Skype session with Brian. He gets home, cooks dinner, and eats it on cam while I recap my day. I hate that he eats at this time because I have already eaten dinner around 6ish or 7ish and then I have to watch Brian cook some pasta and eat it in front of me which arouses my previously content and satiated appetite. He tells me about his day and what tomorrow looks like and then we usually share interesting articles or youtube videos that we've come across. Sometimes, we "watch movies together" by streaming videos in sync.
11:00 pm - We are still on skype. I get ready for bed. It's only 8:00 pm for Brian so he'll begin his workout. As I get into bed, I apologize beforehand just in case I accidentally fall asleep on him and if I do, I wish him good night. Brian reassures me that he doesn't mind and that just in case I do fall asleep on him, he wishes me good night.
11:20 pm - I usually fall asleep on him.
2:30 am - Brian goes to bed.
The end. Yes. Really glamorous. But we make it work. Do I recommend long distance relationships? No way, Jose. Not unless you're willing to put a lot of tears and pain and lonely nights into it and tons of money into flights. Brian and I do pretty well with seeing each other frequently. Either he or I will fly out to see one another approximately every other month. But geez is it expensive. It also helps that both Brian and I keep pretty busy. I have an insane school schedule along with work and Brian just started a new job so he's kept busy with learning all the new tricks of his trade. It definitely makes time go by fast. And our time together that much sweeter.
We will see each other in 30 days. :)
There are none.

A Glimpse of Brian
I've once again taken over the blog.
In order to incorporate at least a fragment of my lovely soulmate I'm going to dedicate this post to one of my favorite photos of us:
This was taken during our trip to Maui, while hiking up the Pipiwai Trail. We took a break streamside and I quickly snapped this picture before we continued the hike to Waimoku Falls (Which I totally recommend to EVERYONE! It's unbearably beautiful and refreshing and good for your soul and breathtaking and makes you cherish all things related to nature and just.... go.). I love this photo because it shows how different we are yet at the same time how much we have in common. The obvious differences are skin color, eye color, hair color, etc. which I still love because I find the contrast quite striking and remarkable. As for the similarities, they are simply that we sweat in sync, the sun reflects off our skin in the same tones, and that we have matching smiles.
That's all I really need. Someone who will smile through the sweat with me. :)

V-Day Prezzies.
I have been moaning and groaning for some time about how unhappy I was with the color of my teeth. I don't drink a lot of coffee normally but during school semesters, I find myself needing it in order to have any level of functioning and it seriously has made my teeth look like something out of the Amazon. I had mentioned to Brian how I would love to get my teeth whitened, especially for the big day. My lovely fiance seized the opportunity of romance by sending me a box of Crest Professional Whitening Strips (Along with paying for my ticket out to Vancouver next month) to commemorate the day of love. I was stoked! I immediately began my first whitening sesh and took pictures to document the progress. It's been day 4 of whitening and I don't think my photos really do any justice to how white my teeth really are now (These things seriously work!). But for your viewing pleasure, here are the before/after pics:
Maybe I'll take a picture on Day 10 and see if the camera is able to pick up the difference. As for Brian's gift, I did send him a little somethin'-somethin' but he won't get it until tomorrow so I can't quite reveal what it is yet. However, I made the mistake of looking more after buying his gift and came across the gift that I should have gotten him:
Oh those Asians. So innovative. :)

The (Soon-to-be) Newlywed Game!
![]() |
| Some days it's me. |

| Some days it's him. |
So I was taking a lookover our blog and I realized something -- I've totally taken over the blog. It's supposed to be a joint endeavor and this blog totally screams "Asian Female with Lots of Opinions and Big Mouth."
I've mentioned this to Brian and he thinks that equal contributions to the blog would somehow compromise his testosterone levels so I decided to find a fun way to incorporate him into today's blog.
I came up with a random ten question survey asking him to answer each question with two responses:
1) How he thought I would answer and,
2) How he personally would answer the question.
I would do the same and we could not read each other's responses until I was ready to post the results. Interesting, right? Let's see how we did:
1. What would your partner's ideal Saturday be like?
Brian's Response: Gina's ideal Saturday would involve sleeping in, eating rice for breakfast, going to the beach to chill with some friends, eating Korean food for dinner (preferably dokk bokki) and then going dancing with some friends at night.
My ideal Saturday would involve sleeping in, eating a big greasy breakfast, going for a hike and having a bbq and beach bon fire after
Gina's Response: Brian's ideal Saturday would probably begin with sleeping until well past noon, eating a typical breakfast of over-medium eggs, whole wheat toast, and a fruit smoothie. He would then opt to do nothing unless I suggested otherwise. He would be perfectly content with sitting at home, eating what was in the cupboard and researching statistics and articles on various cities, environmental phenomena, and financial trends. I would have to state that I wanted to go out and walk the Seawall or go to the beach or the movies or to try a new exotic restaurant. He would 100% agree to do so without too much ado but it would undoubtedly take him twice the amount of time necessary to prepare to leave the house. By the time we would eventually leave the house, the sun would have set and we would only end up walking for a short time/eating a quick meal/watching a movie which Brian would sleep through and come back home in time for Brian to get a workout, make a post-workout smoothie, and get ready for bed. A Perfect Brian Day.
My day would consist of getting up around 10 am, having a quick coffee and a piece of toast, playing a round of tennis or two, getting a tasty lunch at a new restaurant, and having poker night with friends and family over hot wings and pizza.
2. What would be your partner's ideal names for a baby girl / baby boy?
Brian's Response: We have never really settled on anything… hmm… I think I remember Gina saying something like Ava for a girl and we both like Forest for a boy -- although with my last name we agreed it sounds too much like Forest Gump.
I like a lot of names, including Alyssa, Kylie and Faith for girls amongst others, and Forest, Noah and Isaiah for boys. I think some Korean names would be cool too. Like "Bong" which apparently means "mythical bird".
Gina's Response: Brian would totally pick mundane names like "Henry" or "Joseph". For a girl, he likes names like "Catherine" or "Brenda". (No offense to the Henrys, Josephs, Catherines, and Brendas of the world)
I want my children to have names that will empower them and inspire others. I love the name "Skyler" for a boy. It says "Hey, my parents are unique and they have high hopes for me -- they want me to reach for the sky!" For a girl it would be something delicate like... "Porcelain". And we'd call her Lainey for short. :)
3. If your partner was stranded on a desert island and could only take 3 things, what would he/she take and why?
Brian's Response: Gina likes rice, potato chips and me… or kimchi.
I would bring Gina, food and my guitar.
Gina's Response: Brian would bring an atlas, a guitar, and probably some vegetable/fruit seeds in order to grow a crop of food.
I would bring my wifi-enabled computer with never ending batteries, seeds to plant a rice crop, and chopsticks because you can use chopsticks for everything (except eat soup).
4. If your partner could only eat one food for the rest of his/her life, what would it be?
Brian's Response: Rice for Gina, good bread for me.
Gina's Response: Hmm... This one's a toughie. I'm going to say Thai or Greek food for Brian since he eats it so much at work.
I just need rice.
5. Name 3 traits that your partner loves about you.
Brian's Response: Gina likes that I'm honest, consistent/stable, and I take care of her which she loves even though she might pretend otherwise.
I like Gina because she has a magnetic personality (she's funny, easy to talk to, etc.), she's intelligent and has a good heart.
Gina's Response: I think Brian appreciates my free-spirited ways, my wit and humor, and my drive in life.
I love and respect (and envy) Brian's kind heart and patience, organization and tidiness, and ability to cook (Yes, that was way more than three).
6. Name 3 traits that your partner absolutely hates about you.
Brian's Response: I don't "hate" anything, but I dislike that Gina is messy, she burps/farts more than I'd appreciate and she is fairly insensitive at times.
Gina dislikes that I can be forgetful, I talk too much when she would prefer to drop an issue and I don't challenge her enough apparently.
Gina's Response: Brian probably wishes that I was a bit cleaner. He would like it if I maybe held hygiene to a higher priority, and I KNOW that he wishes I would tone down my flatulence.
I guess I could be cleaner, less gassier, and maybe learn to cook a few dishes...
7. If you died, who do you think your partner would date after you?
Brian's Response: This is a ridiculous question and I'm not sure that anyone really wants to answer this type of thing. As for me, it's definitely Gina's best friend. Joking.
Gina's Response: Brian would probably be so heartbroken he would dedicate his life to celibacy and join a Buddhist monastery. Or maybe date another Korean girl since we all look the same. (I kid, I kid)
I, on the other hand, would totally date James Franco or Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Or maybe I will think ahead and have some of Brian's DNA and cells preserved for clonal replication.
8. What is your partner's dream car?
Brian's Response: Gina likes SUVs and unfortunately insanely expensive Range Rovers which are kind of stereotypical rich soccer mom vehicles.
I don't really care about cars that much, but I like Audi's quite a bit. I also really like classic cars like old Cadillacs.
Gina's Response: I could totally see Brian rocking an electric car. Or at least a hybrid of some sort.
I want a pink Hummer.
9. Where do you see you and your partner in 10 years (location, job, # of children, etc.)?
Brian's Response: Gina probably sees us either in in some ridiculously huge house with anywhere between 3-6 children, makings lots of money, driving fancy cars and hopefully living somewhere with lots of sunshine.
I have no idea where we'll end up. I hope that if we achieve all of Gina's goals that we don't have to be completely workaholics to do so. I would like to live either near my parent's or Gina's parents, I have no idea what job I'll work in except that it will be probably something business/real estate related. I'd like to experience living in the US at some point. San Fran? NYC?
Gina's Response: Hmm. In ten years, Brian will be 36 and I think he sees himself doing a job he loves and with a wife who has finally learned to cook and clean. I'm pretty sure Brian wants two kids at the max and probably at least 2 cats. I think ideally, Brian would like to own and operate his own business whether it be in consulting or in financial management. His dream city is Vancouver but I don't think he'd mind owning some property in Hawaii.
I will be 35 and hopefully working either as a Nurse Anesthetist or Family Nurse Practitioner. I want to have four kids but am willing to settle for two. I don't mind where we live as long as it's relatively warm and sunny. I need warmth and sun for the rest of my life!!
10. What do you think your partner wishes you would say or do more often?
Brian's Response: Gina wishes I would remember every minuscule detail of every conversation we've ever had and never forget it. She also wishes I would be more buff and teach her how to do something that she doesn't know how to do.
I wish Gina would admit that she is content with everything she has. I know she is, but I'd like to hear it more often. She's always trying to do more and is a bit too concerned with her image from my perspective.
Gina's Response: I think Brian wishes I would be more willing to talk about our feelings and problems. But he knows that I am pretty stubborn and hate having "talks". He probably also wouldn't mind me being a bit more lovey towards him (But isn't that what Valentine's Day is for?)
I wish Brian would be more agressive in the relationship. He's very respectful but sometimes I think he lets me have my way even when he doesn't entirely agree with my decision. He needs to put me in my place once in a while!
So how did we do? I don't think there were too many major surprises. If you ask me, I think we make a pretty dandy duo. I'm not sure if we would have ended up winning the grand prize on the actual newlywed game show, but who wants to be a boring ol' completely compatible couple anyhow? I'll take my clean and organized Canadian Prince anyday. :)
